Ingredients
. Dry apricots 1/2 kg (soak in water for atleast 5 hours
. Sugar 2 cups
. Salt 1 1/2 teaspoon
. Red chilli flakes 2 teaspoon
Method
Make a paste of soaked apricots in water.
Cook it on low flame .
As the bubbles comes out add sugar salt and red chilli flakes.
Mix well and cook till the color darkens and consistency comes like chutney.
After 30 mins it will be ready.
Let it cool and serve.
