Ingredients
All purpose flour 2 cups
Caster sugar 1 cup
Melted butter 3 tablespoon
Yeast 2 tablespoon
Warm milk 1 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Brown sugar 5 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder 4 tablespoon
For frosting
Cream cheese 1 cup
Caster sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Method
In the first step we will make dough .....and for dough in the flour add 2 tablespoon of butter yeast (risen in warm water) salt and caster sugar.after this add milk and mix well.now wrap it with cling and leave it on the counter for about an hour.
After an hour knead the dough on clean surface and roll it with rolling pin in rectangle shape.when its done apply butter on the dough and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder on it.now roll it like a swiss roll.cut the pieces with sharp knife or thread.bake it in greased pan in preheated oven on 200 degrees.
Next step is frosting mix milk and caster sugar in cream cheese.you can use hand mixer or electrical beater also.
When cinnabons are out from the oven after half an hour pour the frosting on it and serve.
