How to make ghonsla kabab

Ingredients

Potaoes 4 boiled and mashed

Salt to taste

Black pepper 1 teaspoon

Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

Green coriander 2 tablespoon

Cottage cheese 1 cup

Method

In a bowl add potatoes, salt, red chilli flakes, black pepper , coriander and cheese.

Mix it well and make like kabab.

In centre of the kabab press down with the thumb.

Make a paste of 1 tablespoon cornflour and all purpose flour with a little water.

Now dip the kebab in batter and coat with vermicillies and  fry them.

Your kebabs are ready just make eggs of cheese and place in the press down place it will look like a nest.

Enjoy in your dawats.
